It known that vehicles, motorcycles and pedestrians all use our roads. While the vehicles and motorcycles are granted roadworthy before the use of the roads, it is surprising that when it comes to those who refuses to obey road traffic regulations are motorcycle riders.
They do not care about traffic lights or even when there is a police officer controlling traffic. How can we reduce road accidents if this situation is not taken care of. Well, it is time riders are forced to obey road traffic regulations in the city of Accra.
